Andy Chupp
Andrew was born and raised in Delaware. He graduated from Del-Tech in 1969 with a associate degree in Electronics. He is presently owner of a mill and cabinet shop. He and his wife Kathy have three sons and six grandchildren.
Chuck Griffith
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Chuck graduated from Technical High School in 1961. He served four years in the Air Force from January 1963 to December 1966. While at Dover AFB, Chuck met and dated his life’s partner for three years and in 1965, one month before he was sent to Shemya, Alaska they were married. In the second year of their marriage after returning from his tour in Alaska, they became pregnant with their first daughter, Candace. Over the next thirteen years they had three more children, two sons and a second daughter. Between their first daughter and their first son, they both came to faith in Jesus Christ; first Ruth Anne and a year later Chuck did. He began a career in police work in 1967 and retired in 1998. He attended the FBI National Academy in 1984 and was trained by the FBI in Peeksville, New York as a firearms instructor a year or so later. Chuck went to several schools including FBI training in SWAT Tactics and leadership while working with the Seaford Police Department. In the mid 1980's, he organized and trained a nine man SWAT team for the purpose of serving high risk warrants and drug interdiction/search warrant service. They became a highly respected unit and worked cases for and along side other departments.

Pastor Dave Krilov
Born and raised in New Jersey, Pastor Dave is the associate pastor at Atlanta Road Alliance church. He graduated in May 2001 cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography, and is where he first sensed God’s call into ministry. While working in Philadelphia for five years at an engineering and planning firm, he enrolled at Liberty Theological Seminary and in May 2007, he graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Arts in Religion. Pastor Dave is hopelessly in love with his wife and both treasure their three daughters, even though he is the only male in the house.

Pastor Ed Laremore
Born in Seattle, Washington, and raised in the Bay area of California, Pastor Ed graduated from Liberty Baptist College in 1978 with a Pastoral Major and Minors in Greek and Theology. After three years in the work force, he returned to Liberty Baptist Seminary. In 1983, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty with a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling. While in college and seminary, Pastor Ed played and coached baseball. He married Nixie in 1985 and together they have three children: Rayelle, Micah, and Nathaniel. Pastor Ed has worked in Christian ministries for the past 30 years and has had many roles, such as: College Career Director, Camp Counselor, Adventure Camp Leader, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Counselor, Chaplain, and Interim Pastor.
Jim O'Day
Born and raised in Seaford, Jim has been a part of the Atlanta Road Alliance Church since 1981. He came to Christ at age 17. He is married to Carol and has three grown children. Serving as an Elder since 1989, Jim has a heart for youth and service ministries.
Dave Smith
Born in Franklin, PA, Dave moved to Delaware at age 13. His father, a Methodist minister, had relocated to Delaware to pursue his seminary degree at Wesley Theological Seminary. Dave received his AA degree from Wesley College and then served 4 years in the Navy as a Dental Tech/Field Medical Corpsman. Honorably discharged in 1970 he entered the insurance business shortly thereafter and earned the Chartered Life Underwriter degree from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Dave owns and operates INTEGRA Administrative Group, Inc. which provides employee benefit consulting and administrative services for self-funded health insurance plans. INTEGRA employs 25 employees, 8 of whom attend Atlanta Road Alliance. His two sons, David Scott and Kris Lee Smith, are executives in the firm and are active in ministry at ARAC. Dave is married 43 years to his best friend and the love of his life, Joyce Dodd Smith. They have 3 children and 13 grandchildren, 3 of which are informally adopted and are the children of Pastor Ed and Nixie.
